How does it work?
To qualify for the Expatriates Housing Loan:
- You should be of a Lebanese nationality
- You should be maximum 60 years old at loan maturity
- If you are single, your minimum monthly salary should be 1000 US$ (employed or self-employed)
- If you are married, your minimum monthly salary should be 2000 US$ (employed or self employed)
- If you are an employee, you should be in the same company for a minimum of 2 years
- If you are self-employed, you should be in the same profession for a minimum of 2 years
