The insured receives the total amount accumulated in the housing saving plan as a down payment for the designated housing loan.

Fransahome for Your Children

The insured receives the total amount accumulated in the housing saving plan as a down payment for the designated housing loan of the child. This amount will be paid to the beneficiary in case of death of the insured.

Coverage

Fransahome for You

In case of accidental or natural death, the insured capital will be paid to the designated beneficiary (ies). In case the amount invested by the insured is greater than the insured capital, Bancassurance sal will pay the difference to the beneficiary(ies).
In case of total permanent disability, the insured capital will be paid to the insured over a five-year period.

Fransahome for Your Children

In case of natural or accidental death or total permanent disability of the insured before contract maturity, Bancassurance sal will secure the continuity of premiums settlement until contract maturity.

Flexibility

You may modify the contract duration, insured capital, targeted cash value, beneficiary(ies), as well as premium amount, frequency and yearly variation
You may make optional additional feedings and benefit from the return on savings

Eligibility

Fransahome for You:

Insured should be between 18 and 30 years old
Period of scheme: minimum 5 years, maximum until insured is 35 years old

Fransahome for Your Children:

Insured should be between 18 and 70 years old
Period of scheme: minimum 5 years, maximum until insured is 75 years old and beneficiary is 35 years old
